Extremely poor customer service and the team member all have different view on one same thing. Everyone advise differently. I wonder if they got trained at least.

I don’t know what was the process. After some time’s one member came and ask me what do you want ? One of the staff member was very helpful and open my account very quickly. He was very friendly. So, I am happy with this good service form CBA.

No service in branch anymore. They want u to do it online. Score would be Zero stars if Google allowed. Over 30 minutes to do 1 transaction which couldn't be done another way.

When you get there 1hr before closing time and treat staff with respect it can really help to get what you want. I waited 30 min to get serviced and got everything that I needed done. It is also not their fault if its busy. Stop huffing and puffing
- Gum Trees9 Added February 02, 2024★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆The new branch has gone from bad to worse. It’s chaotic and confusing. To deposit a cheque or withdraw money using the teller you have to stand in a long queue with all other inquiring customers. The positioning of the ATM adds to the confusion with no room to form a separate queue. The whole design is bad. It looks good when there are no customers but when people flock, its like a supermarket.
Overall my experience in the last three visits has been frustrating.
One week later I picked an afternoon time hoping it will be quicker. As bad or worse than my experience last week.
Stood in a broken queue for 25 seconds. Then a staff asked me what my problem was. I told her and she made a note and asked me to wait. Another 30 minutes and I am waiting. Meanwhile a few people pushed their way and go what they came for.
God save CBA.
Oh I am still here. Many standing while I have seat. Will I need to sleep here, will wait and see.
