  Too crowded. Always seen 6 kids on 1 session, which I think is too many. We came in from Sydney Max students they keep was 4. Also no or never updates to parents. Swim teacher will show in air the students how they should swim inside water.

  Went there today with 2 children. Our 3 year old (fully toilet trained since she was 18months old) was forced to purchase a swimming nappy - staff having to enforce ACT government policy. $3.50 for a nappy, I would have assumed they would charge cost price (around 1.25 per nappy from the supermarket). We had to leave within 20 minutes as the water temperature in the heated pool was cold and both children were shivering and asking to leave. We chose to go here because of the heated/indoor pool.
  I have previously had very good experiences here - the staff at the desk were understanding and validating of my frustration (being forced to pay extra for a nappy). Disappointed to have to leave so soon when trying to have a pleasant outing with the family. Please do something about the water temperature.

  Great leisure centre, located in Gungahlin, close to all shops. 50m pool with wading pool for the younger kids. Has a small Water Splash area. There is a great grassed outdoor area which is great in the warmer weather, and an area for Kids Birthday parties. There is also an inflatable water park there on occasions. The gymnasium is small but has all the equipment for a full workout. There is also a Cafe for that caffeine fix.

  Very crowded but still enjoyed visit. Change rooms need more regular cleaning.

  Good for lap swimming. Floor not always clean around the pool. But staff are friendly. And not too crowded generally with good access and availability for lap swimming
