  I trained with Ante for well over a year. I begun training with him due to my posture issues, namely scoliosis of the spine. Through a rigorous training regime which consisted of stretching, movement based training, and light weights, I was able to straighten my back up within a three month period. Three months after that, I could see some definition coming through for the first time in a long time.
  
  Continuing onwards with Ante past the scoliosis, I was able to improve my health, my fitness, my way of thinking and overall way of life. I achieved and surpassed all of my fitness goals, and was able to take his teachings of nutrition out into the real world and continue onwards from there.
  
  He is the one stop shop for health and fitness, posture correction, and diet design. I would recommend anyone who has self-consciousness issues with going to the gym to go an see Ante. He is exclusively does 1-on-1 type training, as such all of his attention is devoted to you and you only when you are doing a session with him. Ante has changed my world dramatically, and his teachings on all things holistic has helped me more than I could have imagined. If you want a change in your life, go and see Ante, you will not be disappointed.
