It is a pleasure to deal with someone this good who listens and is always pleasant. I would recommend this service to anyone who loves their shoes.

I was very sad because the watch has a sentimental value. Michael tried again with another battery, and tried everything else that he could think of to fix it. He repeatedly appoligised as if it was his fault that the watch had died.
I took the watch back even though it was beyond repair. What a fantastic service by Michael! He has a large selection and beautiful writing! Costs around $10 for the tag and $5 for the engraving (including my phone number on the back).
