Despite my husband spelling both kids names out, she got my son's name -Joshua, wrong on the cake. She promised to do a cake with my daughter's favorite character on it, we received a plain cake. I tried calling to get an explanation, as the owner was not available and she didn't return my calls. The worst experience ever, and I will never order from there again. Very disappointing experience.
